For conferences and events lasting 8–10 hours. We plan coverage around your programme and venue.
The final quote depends on the schedule, number of photographers and any extras, such as live photo delivery, video or streaming.
The key moments and the people at your event
We photograph speakers, panel discussions, awards and guests, as well as conversations and reactions around the room. Before the event, we go through your programme to identify the moments, people and details you need covered.
For events with several stages or rooms, we plan where each photographer needs to be. We work discreetly and coordinate with your organisers and stage managers, so you can concentrate on the event.
Live photo delivery for your communications team
Publish photos while your event is still happening. Our on-site editor receives images from the photographers, prepares selected shots and shares them with your team or through an online gallery.
After the event, we select and edit the full set. You receive high-resolution files, with web sizes or other agreed formats ready for your website, press releases and future promotions.

Coverage, pricing and photo delivery
Hourly rates start from PLN 250 excluding VAT, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Full-day coverage starts from PLN 1,800 excluding VAT. We quote according to the schedule, number of photographers and any video or live delivery services.
An 8-hour conference usually costs PLN 1,800–3,500 excluding VAT. The quote covers photography and editing. The number of photographers, parallel sessions and any live photo or streaming services affect the final price.
Yes. An on-site photo editor receives images from the photographers, edits selected shots and shares them through cloud storage or an online gallery. This gives your communications team photos to use while the event is taking place.
The edited photos are normally ready within a few working days. We agree the delivery date and any print or web formats in advance. Files are usually shared through Google Drive.
This depends on the programme, event length, number of guests and parallel sessions. We agree the number of photographers and expected photo coverage in your quote.
