How much does a corporate photoshoot cost?

Projects start from PLN 500 excluding VAT. The cost depends on the location, shoot length and number of finished photos. A short session and a full library of team, interior and production images need different amounts of preparation.

Planning, pricing and delivery

How much does brand photography cost?

Projects start from PLN 500 excluding VAT. The price depends on the shoot, location and number of finished images. Tell us what you need and we will prepare a quote.

What can a brand photoshoot include?

Team portraits, people at work, offices, interiors, buildings and production facilities. We plan a set of images for your website, social media, recruitment and other marketing materials.

How should we prepare?

Share your website or plans for it, tell us which people and places need photographing, and explain how you will use the images. Reference photos or existing brand guidelines are helpful.

How long does a project take?

A shoot usually takes one working day, depending on the brief. Finished images are normally delivered within 7–14 working days. We confirm the schedule for larger projects individually.

Can we book interior photography without team portraits?

Yes. You can book just the parts of the service you need, such as interiors, architecture or staff portraits. Each project is quoted individually.

Which file formats will we receive?

We deliver high-resolution JPEG images for print and online use. PNG or layered PSD files can also be arranged if your design team needs them.

Do you offer individual LinkedIn headshots?

Yes. Individual sessions take place at our Kraków studio or outdoors, with studio sessions starting from PLN 180. See our business headshot service for details.
