Updating a team’s headshots means more than taking the pictures. Someone has to collect everyone’s choices and send the right files to the right people. Our getpic.app system handles photo selection and email delivery, so your HR or marketing team does not have to send the files to each person.

Agree the style and schedule
Tell us how many people need photos, where the images will be used and whether you prefer a formal or relaxed style. We prepare a quote and a schedule. An optional online booking calendar lets staff choose their own time slots.
At your office or our studio
We can set up a mobile studio in a suitable room at your premises, or welcome the team to our studio at Łobzowska 57 in Kraków. We guide each person through their poses and expressions.
Retouching and delivery
The usual turnaround is 48–72 hours, or up to 5 working days for groups of 50 or more. We confirm the delivery date when booking. A makeup artist can be included if required.

Scheduling, photo selection and delivery
A team shoot gives everyone a consistent style, lighting and background. We plan the schedule around your staff and send the retouched photos to each person. If you only need photos for yourself, choose an individual headshot session.
Allow around 10–15 minutes per person for a team session. The final schedule depends on the number of people, poses and photos you need. We agree the timings before the shoot.
Yes. We bring lighting and backgrounds to offices in Kraków and across Poland. We discuss the room, schedule and travel costs when preparing your quote.
Each person scans a personal QR code to open their gallery in getpic.app, enters their name and email, and chooses their preferred photos. After retouching, the finished files are emailed directly to them.
Each participant receives a unique gallery link for their photos. Access lasts for the agreed period and can be deactivated on request. We agree the photo selection and delivery arrangements before the session.
